The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association began in 1987 with 12 charter volunteer members, a group of Innkeepers with a vision to maintain high standards and warm hospitality. We currently represent 38 of the finest Bed and Breakfasts throughout the State.
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association represents only Innkeepers dedicated to providing a memorable experience in special overnight accommodations and attentive service for the traveler. We strive for high standards in cleanliness, safety and professionalism.
The value of membership is found not only in the many benefits that are available to each member inn, but also in the invaluable networking within the organization.
You will receive membership listing on Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association's state of the art on-line directory www.indianabedandbreakfast.org with a 90 day spotlight on the home page preferred inn rotational listing. List your specials, local events, photos, and receive a referral link to your own website. Visited by an average of 140 people a day.

Each week three member inns are randomly selected to share the spotlight on the IBBA website.
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association has a Facebook page that is free for you to advertise your specials, local attractions that are going on in your area. We encourage you to “like” the page. Each Wednesday, three Inn are showcased as our Spotlight Inns.
Proudly shows that the Bed and Breakfast Inn belongs to a professional organization,
with Inns that are Inspected and Approved. Guest Comment cards are available through the IBBA, if you would like to display them in your guest rooms.
This is one of your best marketing tools and the opportunity for you to get to know your peers. As a participant in this program, you allow an Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association member to enjoy a night at your Bed and Breakfast at a reduced rate of $49.00 plus tax. Contact a member inn for availability.
As an inspected and approved member, you only have to pick up the phone or e-mail to get assistance and feedback from your seasoned peers.

Properties may apply for membership anytime during the year. For membership information, contact the IBBA Office, firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-846-4222. Application materials for Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association can be sent via U.S. Mail or may be downloaded. We encourage you to apply for membership at your earliest opportunity, since your membership benefits begin immediately upon inspection and approval. Dues notices will go out in the Fall.
$150.00 base rate per inn with a $15.00 per guest room fee and a non-refundable inspection fee of $75.00 for all applications received.
