The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association began in 1987 with 12 charter volunteer members, a group of Innkeepers with a vision to maintain high standards and warm hospitality. We currently represent many of the finest Bed and Breakfasts throughout the State.
Our Mission
The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association represents only Innkeepers dedicated to providing a memorable experience in special overnight accommodations and attentive service for the traveler. We strive for high standards in cleanliness, safety and professionalism.

List your specials, local events, photos, and receive a referral link to your own website. Visited by an average of 140 people a day.

The Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association has a Facebook page that is free for you to advertise your specials, local attractions that are going on in your area. We encourage you to “like” the page. Each Wednesday, two Inn's are showcased as our Spotlight Inns.
Membership Certificate
Proudly shows that the Bed and Breakfast Inn belongs to a professional organization,
with Inns that are Inspected and Approved. Guest Comment cards are available through the IBBA, if you would like to display them in your guest rooms.
INN-TO-INN
This is one of your best marketing tools and the opportunity for you to get to know your peers. As a participant in this program, you allow an Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association member to enjoy a night at your Bed and Breakfast at a reduced rate of $49.00 plus tax. Contact a member inn for availability.

Properties may apply for membership anytime during the year. For membership information, contact the IBBA Office, info@indianabedandbreakfast.org or call 877-846-4222. Application materials for Indiana Bed and Breakfast Association can be sent via U.S. Mail or may be downloaded. We encourage you to apply for membership at your earliest opportunity, since your membership benefits begin immediately upon inspection and approval. 2019 Membership
Annual fees:
Dues notices will go out in the Fall.
$150.00 base rate per inn with a $15.00 per guest room fee and a non-refundable inspection fee of $75.00 for all applications received.
Following passage of inspection and receipt of all related materials and membership fees your member benefits will become effective. Please contact the Indiana Bed and Breakfast office for additional information at 877-846-4222.
